Potato Cakes
Ingredients:
2 cups new potatoes, cooked, peeled, mashed
1 egg
1 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoons whole milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Directions:
- Mix mashed potatoes, egg, flour, and milk thoroughly.
- Shape into flat cakes, about 1⁄2-inch thick.
- Heat oil in skillet.
- Add potato cakes to hot skillet. Cook until golden brown and thoroughly heated.
